Bohéme is an independent Canadian design studio that was founded in 2020 after several years selling curated vintage collections. Rooted in a philosophy of effortless dressing, Bohème focuses on creating silhouettes inspired by vintage function and form.

The Made To Order Collection is handmade by Carmen in Maple Ridge, BC out of her tailoring shop 'Carmens Town Tailor'. We have been friends since she began sewing for Bohème in 2020 and her love for creating garments shows in her work.
We also partner with a small factory in Shenzhen, China, known for high-quality craftsmanship specializing in knitwear. Employees work fair hours, receive pensions, and take leave for holidays and personal occasions. The factory provides training for career growth and holds annual certifications (WCA and BSCI) that ensure fair pay, safe conditions, ethical practices, and zero tolerance for child or forced labor.
